Returns & Exchanges
At Bella Doña, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all tags must remain attached and items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
